Numerous problems with the reliability of the fridge + the customer service provided by Hotpoint - 7 days with no refridgerator and the it works for 3 days after the repair - Not my favorite manufacturer. There are also problems contacting Hotpoint - held waiting on the phone 0870 number and normally many minutes before getting through - It is quite often several days before an engineer can attend to repair the equipment.
Pros: It's white
Cons: Totally unreliable
